Following our exploratory review, families will receive a blueprint, which outlines our proposed plan in how best to support you and your young person. This gives a clear outline of the support and proposed timeline. our care is flexible and fluid. we make adjustments based on what we observe and feedback.

Our supports center on three major components:

The environments that hold the young person (home + school), the adults and caregivers, and the alignment across both.

We offer therapeutic and educational services and will be individualized for each young person and their family.

Blueprint

Our initial impressions based on observations and information gathered during the Exploratory Review is reviewed with the family and the treatment model is chosen.

Scheduling +
Care Coordination

The family is scheduled within our system and treatment begins. The family is given the opportunity to meet with our Family Partner to support insurance reimbursement.

Progress Monitoring + Support Planning

We work on a 4/8/12 week treatment model based on the level of support for your family. Progress is reviewed and goals are refined into an updated Family Support Plan.

Communication

Consistent check-ins and team reviews keep families informed and supported, With built-in session check-ins and a personalized resource folder to guide work between sessions.
