Preschool + Lower Elementary
Intentional, developmentally-informed play designed to strengthen early social engagement, emotional control, and foundational executive skills. While children participate, caregivers join a parallel small-group coaching session to gain tools, insight, and practical strategies. Included in this time is a free speech screening that will provide parent/caregivers a brief narrative report about what we saw for your particular child and any recommendations that could be of benefit.

A supportive space to teach bike lessons in an affirming, individualized space, accounting for other factors that may impact a young person’s experience acquiring skills to ride independently.
5:30pm - 6:30pm
A movement-based social experience that combines teamwork and communication in an active setting. Participants build cooperation, confidence, and flexible thinking while engaging in shared physical challenges.
5:30pm - 6:45pm
Upper Elementary + Middle School
A therapeutic cooking group that builds executive functioning, teamwork, and independence through hands-on culinary experiences. Students practice planning, organization, flexible thinking, and regulation skills while creating and sharing meals in a supportive, small-group setting.
2:30pm - 4:30pm
A preparatory program that helps students enter the school year with stronger routines, emotional regulation tools, and academic stamina. Participants practice organization, flexibility, and independence in a supportive, small-group format.
9:00am - 11:00am

A practical planning session focused on systems for managing coursework, time, and long-term projects. Students leave with concrete strategies for workload management, self-advocacy, and maintaining balance throughout the year.

A guided pathway for students preparing for life after high school. Through structured goal setting, application planning, and executive function coaching, participants develop clarity, direction, and actionable next steps toward their chosen future.

A structured academic workspace designed to increase productivity and reduce overwhelm. Students receive guided support to initiate tasks, sustain focus, and complete assignments with built-in accountability and executive function scaffolding.
